Will I get a concrete answer?
Yes. We tell you yes or no and, if it depends on something, what it depends on and what we need to decide. It goes in writing in your one-page summary, with the name of the partner who met with you. We can’t promise how the tax authority will rule; we do promise a clear answer and someone who stands behind it.
What if my case doesn’t need more?
You still leave with the diagnosis, the recommended route with the first steps and the one-page written summary. If you don’t need ongoing support, we tell you clearly.
How is it paid and invoiced?
You pay before the session, once the date is confirmed, by card or SINPE Móvil: we send you a payment link that works from any country. You receive an electronic invoice with VAT (IVA).
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Let us know in advance by WhatsApp or email and we’ll move it to another date.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. What you share in the form and in the session is used only to handle your case.
What does “plus VAT” mean?
Costa Rica’s 13% VAT (IVA) is added to the session price on the invoice.
